The process of finding and closing on a new home is a very stressful and taxing process. Having gone through the purchasing and closing process twice (this is our second home) we know what a good Realtor looks like. Albert has stepped outside of our expectations to meet our needs. Hi Kristi,
I wanted to take a moment, from the busy schedule of getting moved in, to write you a quick letter of thanks.
I know you exhaustively pursued all the loose ends that seemed never ending during our execution of the closing on my house. I just wanted to say thanks for all the phone calls you made both, to me and on my behalf, to schedule the various entities which needed access to the residence prior to closing.
In this day it is rare that so called “professionals” call when they are supposed call, meet when they are supposed to meet, and/or be where they are supposed to be WHEN they are supposed to be there. You have repeatedly met all of our appointment schedules and this is a true rarity.
I wanted to send this to you as a letter of thanks…. It probably isn’t as nice as that commission check but giving the well deserved thanks is always a good thing.
